about the war within
Im ricco, a kid with a dream of making it big through art, not just any art, but art you can wear, I make these pieces to express how I feel and to support mental health, most of my pieces are connected to my religion, Christianity has been a big part of my life ever since i was a kid, later growing up, I had people who I was very close with commit, this showed me a different side, I started understanding how important mental health was, so I made this brand to show mental health matters and through all that struggle you can find something to look forward to, most of my pieces will be showing battles, hence where the name the war within came from, but also to show. that no matter the mindset no matter if your christian or not we all deal with I certain thing we struggle with on the daily, but we strive to push through and accomplish more than we think, so to display that on a piece of clothing to wear can go a long way for a lot of people, including me.
how I made my brand
it all stated when I was 8, on a game I loved a lot I would make clothing to wear inside the game in a group, of course it was only me in the group but id love just creating a lot of things, but one day, I saw a random person wearing something I made, I was so amazed and surprised, from then on I always wanted to see something I love making one someone I don't even know, and I pray one day I can, but back to the point, when I was 14 I started getting into editing, that leaded to designing, even on my phone I was creating new things, then I started looking into actually making a brand, I got manufacturer, I had my own site, I had everything I needed, but money, I couldn't buy samples, I couldn't afford my website, I wasn't old enough to set up certain things that was so crucial to my brand, so then I rebranded, made more clothes but only sold them in person, didn't like the name and felt to common, so I rebranded again, and here we are, clothes aren't just clothes, they have meanings, the name of the brand isn't some random name without a meaning, it actually means something important, I made my site, I got my clothes, all it was just 2 years of persistence and learning the most crucial things.
